To avoid all evil,
to cultivate good,
and to cleans one's mind
this is the teaching of the Buddhas.
မေကာင္းမႈဟူသမွ်ကို မျပဳရာ၊၊
ကုသိုလ္ေကာင္းမႈႏွင့္ ျပည့္စံုေစရာ၏။။
မိမိ၏စိတ္ကို ျဖဴစင္ေစရာ၏။
þသည္ကား ဘုရားရွင္တို႔၏ အဆံုးအမေပတည္း။
